I presented some of the things I want to research in my PhD-project at a research methods course in Aalborg last week. I think that it went rather well (see: Presentation of my projekt Aalborg fall 2007). At the same course my supervisor Jesper Wiborg Schneider held a fabulous presentation of multivariate analysis, and how a researcher could use it to explore previously unknown connections in data materials. This is exactly what I need to do in the first part of my PhD-project.
I talked with Jesper about my epiphany and he recommended me John Scott book: Social network analysis (2001). I really look forward to read it.

A hyper dynamic Niels Ole Pors on the subject of multiple regression. Jesper Wiborg Schneider is thoughtful.
